🔄 Exchanges and returns

We want you to love your jewelry. If for any reason you need to exchange it, here's how it works:

📦 Changes

• You can request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your jewelry.
• The piece must be new, unused and in perfect condition , in its original packaging .
• Once we receive it, we have 10 business days to send you the new product.
• The cost of shipping for exchange is the responsibility of the buyer.
• Exchanges are subject to availability . If out of stock, you will be sent a gift card for the value of the jewelry, with no expiration date.

Important: For hygiene reasons, exchanges or returns of rings are not accepted .

💸 Money back guarantee

Refunds are only made in these cases:

• Product failure.
• Failure to ship or deliver.

You have 14 days to contact us. The item must be new, unused, and in excellent condition. If everything is in order, we'll refund your money within 10 business days .

If the product shows wear or damage, no refund will be issued and the product will be returned to the customer as received.

Sales, discounts, promotions like Cyber Monday or Black Friday, and in-store gifts are non-refundable . In the event of an exchange, the actual value of the product will always be considered, not the offer value.

🛠 Legal guarantee

All our jewelry is covered by the legal warranty of 3 months from the date of purchase (Consumer Protection Law, art. 20).
You can choose:
a) Product exchange (subject to stock).
b) Free repair.
c) Refund of money.

The warranty does not apply if the failure is due to misuse, negligence or natural wear and tear.

Does not cover:

• Damage caused by knocks, pulls, falls or pressure on the piece.
• Tears or scratches due to improper use.
• Natural darkening of silver (due to air, skin pH, etc.).
• Breakage of stones due to falls or pressure.

If a piece of jewelry fails, it will be sent to a workshop for evaluation. If it's determined to be due to misuse, the warranty will not apply.

• All handmade pieces in Plataia are made of 950 silver .
• Stones can be natural or laboratory-created. Each one is unique.
• The chains are made of 925 silver , purchased from external suppliers.
• Some jewelry is made by trusted partner workshops.

We always work to ensure that each piece is made with love, care, and quality materials.

Your part is to take good care of them : avoid contact with perfumes, creams and chemicals, and store them in their original packaging when not in use.
